for our enjoyment and appreciation of the great Canadian outdoors.

Neil Crone is a Canadian actor, writer and comedian known for comedic and voice roles, including Fred Rupper in Little Mosque on the Prairie, Jerry Whitehall in Cube 2: Hypercube, and voicing Gordon the Big Engine in Thomas and the Magical Railroad and Thomas and Friends: All Engines Go.

A veteran of Toronto’s Second City, he is also an award-winning columnist and children’s author, balancing a prolific career in TV, film, and animation as well as writing 

At our June meeting, Dr. Christopher DiCarlo, former Associate Professor at UOIT will speak on the subject "Artificial Intelligence and the Future of Humanity."

Dr DiCarlo is well admired for his work on both AI and Critical Thinking, including lectures in Canada and abroad.  His books will be available for purchase.

Diane Dupuy, founder of Famous People Players dinner theatre in Toronto, presented her personal history from being a child in school who had trouble concentrating, daydreaming fantasies that, through the influence of a teaching nun grew into her now internationally famous dinner theatre.  A compelling, inspiring speaker with an entertaining, animated  delivery.

Dr. Sharon Cohen, Neurologist and Medical Director of the Toronto Memory

Programme presented an overview of Alzheimer’s disease, including a brief

overview of the condition, its prevalence, and key lifestyle factors that may

influence risk. She discussed current treatment approaches, strategies for

prevention, and emerging developments in the field, including new

treatments and biomarker testing, bringing the eventual hope or early

detection and prevention.
